- Scope of Freight Transport Services
Haulandroute provides professional freight transport, collection, and haulage services operating across the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
Our standard operational workflow proceeds as follows:
Initial Consultation & Service Enquiry: The Client submits a request detailing transport requirements, item dimensions, weight estimates, and pick-up/destination points.
Deposit Payment: To reserve transport capacity and collection time slots, the Client pays a initial booking deposit as displayed or specified upon consultation.
Assessment & Quotation Confirmation: Upon evaluating the operational requirements and transport parameters, a final tailored service quote is issued to the Client for approval.
On-Site Collection & Transport Execution: Following approval and agreement on final terms, transport personnel collect the physical items from the designated address and commence transport to the specified destination.
- Pricing, Booking Deposits, and Final Payments
3.1 Initial Booking Deposit
Amounts displayed during initial online checkout represent a non-refundable booking deposit required to reserve logistical arrangements and collection schedules.
The payment of a booking deposit does not constitute full payment for the transport service.
3.2 Final Service Pricing
Final transport charges depend on total item volume, weight, physical characteristics, transport distance, collection access conditions, and specific route requirements.
A complete quotation will be provided following the evaluation of service requirements. The remaining balance must be settled prior to or upon completion of transport as specified in the service agreement.
3.3 Currency and Billing
All transactions on www.haulandroute.com are processed in British Pounds Euros (EUR) as indicated at payment.
- Client Obligations & Cargo Restrictions
4.1 Accurate Item Disclosure
The Client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and precise information regarding the weight, dimensions, condition, and nature of the goods presented for collection.
4.2 Prohibited Goods
For compliance, safety, and legal reasons across international and domestic borders, Haulandroute strictly refuses the transport of:
Hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids, or toxic chemicals.
Illegal substances, contraband, or items restricted under UK or EU law.
Live animals, perishable foodstuff, or items requiring statutory specialized permits.
High-value personal effects such as cash, precious metals, or uncertified valuables.
We reserve the right to inspect items prior to loading and to reject any consignment that presents a safety hazard, violates transport regulations, or deviates significantly from disclosed details.
- Collection, Handling, and Transport Protocols
5.1 On-Site Collection
The Client must ensure clear, suitable, and safe access for transport vehicles and personnel at the specified pick-up and delivery addresses.
If collection cannot occur due to restricted access, incorrect addresses, or absence of the designated point of contact, additional re-booking or handling fees may apply.
5.2 Delivery Schedules
Transport schedules provided during consultation are realistic operational estimates. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain target timelines, transport schedules may be affected by traffic delays, customs inspections, adverse weather, or road conditions.
- Cancellation, Modifications, and Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation by Client
Prior to Collection Dispatch: Clients may request cancellation by contacting infra@haulandroute.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection time. If administrative or dispatch preparation has already commenced, deposit deductions may apply to cover administrative costs.
Post-Collection: Once items have been collected and transport has commenced, the service cannot be cancelled, and full contract charges remain payable.
6.2 Service Modifications
Any changes to delivery addresses, item volumes, or service timelines requested by the Client after booking deposit payment may require adjustments to the final price quotation.
